查询子账户累计充提

描述: /v4/user/account/broker-sub/fund-summary
使用经纪商母账户的 API Key 签名调用，查询经纪商自身母账户或名下某子账户的 lifetime 累计充提折 U。
参数

统计口径
- 充提均按成功（
SUCCESS）记录统计。 - 金额按记录时点价格折算为 USDT。
- 子账户维度的「提现」为子账户向 母账户划出（归集）的累计。
